I graduated in Slovakia in 2009 and went straight into a PhD. After that, I moved to the UK and did a one-year ophthalmology internship. Once that was done, I went back to general practice and started a family. Since then, I've been working as a locum, picking up loads of experience and eventually getting my ophthalmology certificate.
I then switched to being a peripatetic veterinary ophthalmologist, working with different practices. In October 2023, I joined Seadown to focus more on ophthalmic cases in a more stable setting.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and pets. I've recently started getting back into horse riding and sculpture making.
